2. The above Quote is Exclusive of all the taxes (GST). If Government changes the taxes or GST, Then there will be changes in the agreement.
3. Taxes are considered as of date however taxes prevailing on the date of billing are if applicable.
4. The cheque / RTGS have to be drawn in favor of “SANCHARS”
5. Any changes in design / dimensions would lead to change in quotation
6. If any plumbing or electrical work will be extra, after the agreement there will be extra charges. (If There is any major work)
7. Rectification and maintenance period will be for 6 months.
8. The Above quotation will be valid for 30 days.
